This Sraymax project was one of the most prolific conversions undertaken by our company. The work comprised a full home refurbishment and included a specialist loft conversion and rear extension. The refurbishment and extension involved the installation of a new plumbing system and included fitting a new Vaillant boiler with Megaflo system. The work was conducted by our expert team and displays beautiful examples of bespoke carpentry and lighting. In addition to this loft conversion, our company was required to design a specialist corner window providing panoramic views and a truly spectacular internal natural light.

This conversion was a clever addition to the property as it provided much needed space in a two bedroom flat. The work required a full electrical installation, under floor heating and unusually was completed with a solid wood floor in keeping with the period of the property. The conversion boasts a new bathroom and redesign of the roof structure to maxamise the space potential. The work involved the design of new internal structures, the divides used to provide an en suite bathroom and separate walk-in wardrobe. The en suite was complemented beautifully be incorporating under floor heating which provides a warm and comfy environment for those using the sleeping area. The room was completed with bespoke carpentry and mood lighting by cleverly positioning spot lights couples with natural lighting.
