1) Notting Hill Gate

Sraymax is responsible for the full refurbishment of an amazing Victorian house the entire property has to be striped back to its original brick works. Full joinery works, isolation, plumbing, electrics, carpentry, tiling and decoration services are provided in this project.

2) Epsom

This is a very intensive project, to include the extension of the whole property; the entire internal of the property has to be striped back to its original brick works. Full joinery works, to include extension and refurbishment of the ground floor, installation of new kitchen, complete rewiring of electricity cables, and top quality decorating.

3) Queensway

Refurbishment of apartment, to get this apartment looking stunning, we had to re - plaster all the walls and ceilings, supply and install a new boiler system, supply and install new kitchen, including all unites such us; fridge, fizzer, cooker, cupboards and worktops, supply and install, new bathroom: new shower, basin lavatory and full internal decoration.

4) South Acton

This is another project taken on by Sraymax; our task is to build a new extension to be joined at the side of the property on the ground floor f the property our only hold up was finding the exact yellow bricks to match the existing property, however we did succeed in finding that match! After that we were able to carry out the plumbing, electrical, and decorating works.
